I never leave reviews but today I have to! I went into the leasing office today and this staff exceeded my expectations!! I sat with them for about 20 minutes getting all the information I needed. Kaidra & Tacoka were AMAZING, they answered all of my questions and then some! I most definitely will be recommending this complex to everyone.

I love my Apartments Tae in the front office is so helpful and she responds to you. A lot of Apartments take their residents for granted but Not Longridge they are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Call and ask for Tae, she will take care of you.

Nice spacious apartments, gated and clean quiet community with great amenities. The staff in the office is very nice and respectful and helps you through the whole application and move in process. It’s in a great location on Sherwood with access to many stores and food spots. Definitely recommend this complex to anyone whether they want to live alone or bring they’re family in and get a larger unit.

Fire codes prevent us from allowing any open flame grills in units (Including patios and balconies). At the Pool there is a gas grill ready for use.
Yes, Cox Communications and AT&T are our community cable and Internet providers.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
