Just moved from this place, and I highly recommend Chestnut Ridge to anyone looking for an affordable renovated apartment in the Baton Rouge area. Amanda the leasing agent was AMAZING and very understanding. She took my maintenance request very seriously and made sure they were handled. The maintenance man was very prompt and available. They really mean 24 hour maintenance. The outside condition of the apartments can use a little additional work, but I can see they are undergoing construction and renovations. They also just added gates. Wasn’t perfect but I will say this place is perfect for college students first time renters, or families who don’t want break the bank on rent every month!

Fire codes prevent us from allowing any open flame grills in units (Including patios and balconies). At both pools, there is a grill ready for use.
Yes, Cox Communications and AT&T are our community cable and Internet providers.
We require a 30-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 30 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

SubMeter One. Residents are responsible for electrical, cable, and internet. Water, sewage, trash, and pest control are all included in rent!
