I was in a one bedroom for about a year from 2020 to 2021 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The location was on the first floor. I experienced a few critical issues throughout my time at this apartment complex. Several weeks after arriving, summer hit and there was a leak in the AC unit that took four or five requests for work orders over a period of several months to properly fix. I had to intermittently put a bucket at the bottom of the leak which I would regularly empty, yet which had drops that would still splash out and get the carpet and the wall slightly wet irrespective of whether I emptied it. I did receive my full deposit back after leaving the apartment, which was great. And, most of the neighbors I encountered were friendly throughout my time there. However, towards the end of my stay, a neighbor that I hadn’t met, moved out, and somehow the washing machine flooded the floor in the apartment immediately next to me. That flooding of the other apartment crept into my apartment through the porous floors beneath the apartment complex. This caused me to have a wet carpet beginning the Friday afternoon into and beyond the weekend. Irrespective of me putting a work order in and describing the issue, the problem wasn’t properly taken care of that afternoon, and then after hours, no one came to fix the carpet during the rest of the weekend. The time frame was the Easter weekend, during and slightly beyond that Easter weekend, the place stunk of a terrible stench of stale water in carpet with growing mold. I attempted to get an emergency work order, but wasn't successful. I believe emergency work orders at this apartment complex are almost non-exist. Almost all of the work orders seem to be considered on a rolling non-emergency basis. Whoever is reading this might want to go to an apartment complex that’s better functioning, if you desire the ability to have your apartment worked on quickly and to the full extent in situations like this. Irrespective of these issues, they did within a week contract a service to clean the carpet. That service provided dryers for a few weeks, so that the carpet could properly dry. I'm not completely dissatisfied with the apartment I lived in, because of the low price I paid, but I'm definitely not completely satisfied either. I’ll give this place four stars, but I, of course, reserve myself the right to downgrade it sometime in the future.

Could use some sprucing up but the apartment is cute, steps kinda steep to the second floor, they keep the grounds up pretty good

Horrible place to live ! me and my 1 year old stayed in this apartment complex for a year !! It’s very rat infested while staying in there we caught 6-7 rats I HAVE PICTURES OF EACH ONE ! They don’t fix anything when you call about problems in your apartment ! Under the Kitchen cabinets were filed with mold ! It’s just disgusting

Literally the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management is terribly rude and maintenance is useless.

Unless you know the person's name that lives in that unit you won't be able to get in touch with them. Each apartment doesn't have a phone number or a way to contact them. You might be able to go through the office and they can get in touch for you but that's the only way.
I think it was around $750. It was about a year ago that I checked but my limit was between 7and 8 hundred and that was one of the places highest on my list.
Nope
Move out lol, but there was a box for checks & money orders by the office. They didn't have online payment when I lived there years ago
