HORRIBLE ! lived with mold for 12 months ! there was no Maintenance done at all ! and its most def time for a new manager ! She’s rude w/ a bad attitude 10/10 DONT recommend !

As long as you make 3x the rent you good

If u pass on 1233 Jim taylor apt 1233 u will see the window unit hanging out the window but every one else air is working its extremely hot! I have no family here to go stay by and the air was suppose to be fix Aug 8 today and its not I have asthma

MY air has been out 3 weeks and they put a 1 room airconditioner in a 2/story apt and its August 8 and it's still out I talk to the owner on Aug 7 and he said it will be fix guess no air again tonite they didnt answer none of my calls when I call
