This place has gradually gone down hill. A relative has lived there for years and everything used to be nice and tidy there. Now the gate is rarely working, they barely spray for pests anymore and barely want to repair things in the apartments. Management and some of the folks that answer the phone in the office have been rude/nonchalant. These people that live here are elderly/disabled and need to be treated as such. It’s a disgusting mess here and I don’t recommend anyone moving their family here unless you have no other viable options. Even then rethink the choice. This is my relatives experience perhaps others have had better outcomes with this latest management change.
