If you special order something you will never hear from them. When you ask them about your order they will promise to call, then hang up the phone and you will never hear from them again. Armstrong is the 7-11 of nurseries.

This Armstrong nursery branch (pun intended) stocks healthy, thriving plants. They are somewhat pricey but the quality of plants and the offer of a lifetime guarantee are worth it.

Armstrong's is everything you could want in a garden supply center. From the moment you walk up, their vast, diverse selection of plants and garden accoutrement is laid out like a designer's showroom. Plants are very well organized and cared for, staff is helpful, they have lovely music playing in the indoor area, they just get it. It's pure joy to walk around this gem and find new plants and ideas for home.

Not through me. Probably Armstrong's Gardening
As I do not work for the company, but simply provided a review, I suggest contacting the location directly.
The Pasadena location is actually quarantined against selling citrus. You could inquire at the La Canada or Glendale locations. I believe those are closest to Pasadena. But I would call the store for plant availability. If they do not have it they could order it for you. Good luck!
Depends on the time of year.
