Start off bye saying not the best company to work for because of the management not being able to rely on each other, Tia has the worst communication and makes threats about how she has something for you if you don’t follow what she says, When she’s not fully understanding the situation. Ms Karen is Awesome and Cool. But the maintenance tech Jazz is low on communication when it comes to work. When you ask for a second opinion on a unit Tia (who don’t kno nun about A/C work) and Jazz (Who pitches the suction line on A/c units and wonders why it springs leaks. and also has issues with charging a unit. ) Good luck to whoever decides to take shelter here, Ohh and the rat issue is something that you should also be aware of. Good Luck

This post is long over due. However, I had to write this post about the office manager Toni. Toni came on to the position as apartment manager days after I turned in my keys after completing my lease term. Even though I was no longer a tenant, She went above and beyond to make sure I received my deposit. She was awesome every step of the way. She was very professional and personable. I truly feel that my experience at Spanish Oaks would have been a lot better had Toni been the Apartment manager during my residency. Thank you again Toni
