Repair the exit lane before you end up with a lawsuit! Despicable landlord behavior. I can not believe you haven't, at least, filled in this HUGE area of broken concrete with asphalt. Simply appalling. EDIT: No, I do not want an automated response apologizing for unacceptable conditions. Your job is to repair it, so fix it.

Don’t move here. These apartments are horrible with false advertisement. There is no security gate, pool hasn’t opened in 5 years, and there is no playground, plumbing is horrible. Tenants steal and walk around with SMG’s (guns) while kids are playing in parking lot and the guns are not concealed. Tenants steal and harass I have been here 2 years and it just gets worse every year. They have new management and they are actually nice people compared to the last latter and Blum management which was horrible and I know the new management is trying but this place is just horrible. Apartment structure looks as if it’s falling apart in some areas. I can’t wait til my current lease is up I don’t recommend this place to anyone the only reason I gave it two stars is because the new management has try to rectify the horrible experience I had with Latter and Blum’s maintenance. Maintenance usually takes forever because Latter and Blum literally never fixed anything so New maintenance is backed up Place has a roach infestation and mold problems. No one ever came and gotten the mildew out of my carpet as promised. I keep getting things that belong to me stolen as if I didn’t work hard to get my things I am fed up with this place and new management is just as much a joke as the last. Bottom line DO NOT MOVE HERE THE CHEAP PRICE AINT WORTH IT. IT IS NOT SAFE OVER HERE and management act oblivious to everything that’s going on despite how many times it is reported they are more worried about the grills on the patios than the people walking around with guns and the problem with thieves GHETTO

Seems like these could be good apartments , wish it was gated & the weirdo no life thief’s are put away or out , Also wish they had cameras knowing they can’t control everything , but that’ll be a big help !

Do not ever live here, the neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. The biggest problem, they steal. They would steal your head off your shoulders if they could! If the property manager was doing what they were supposed to, this place wouldn't be like this. No you can't control others actions but as a MANAGER, you should care enough to do what you need to make your residents feel safe. Hope they find better management in the future.
