I’ve contacted management multiple times in regards to getting my money back from applying to Cypress Lake apts. I had A domestic abuse issue and could no longer stay at the apt complex. The office allowed me to cancel my lease and stated I would need to provide a forwarding address. I canceled My lease on June 1st and on June 27th i called With the forwarding address. I spoke to a representative there and she stated she will update my file. Here comes July 5th and I’m asking for the status of my refund. I was Told by Carmen and Shelby in the office that I had to call within 30 days of canceling lease. The calls are recorded for quality assurance. It’s easily accessible to listen to verify my truth! Well from the 1st to the 27th that’s far from 30 days. I’ve called the property on many occasions to speak about the refund. I’ve been told once that they will see about it and will reach back out. I received Nothing. I’ve called many times after and they don’t even answer my phone calls nor respond to my many voicemails. I’ve reached out to CLK properties about the issue and nothing as well. It was only $120 of which is MY money! They are foul and would not live here !!

One of the best apartments I've ever lived in. I moved in in May and the application process took about 30 minutes to an hour for me. I was approved and was communicated with the very same day. The move in process was extremely smooth, I've been to the office probably twice since I've been here. The maintenance team are always very responsive (even after hours). The property manager Shelby and her assistant manager Gabrielle are extremely nice, and makes it feel exactly like home. Very understanding , down to earth, and humorous individuals. The property has everything you need on site, and very beautiful . Hopefully this will be my home for while!

I've lived here for the past 4 years and loved every minute of it. Shelby the office manager is the greatest. I'm going to miss it when I move (to another state).

The entrances of the apartments are very dirty and they are cleaned once a year, and the office is not accountable to the residents. My wife has visited the office five times so far and says that we have only one worker and we can not take care of everything.
