I lived here for almost three years or so. I give these a 5 star. Location is perfect and apartments are very pretty. The grocery store (Matherne’s, which has a nice deli) is across the street. The weekly farmers market and another indoor market that has restaurants and a convenient store, is also across the street and is open during work hours and farmers market hours. 3rd street and all the restaurants and festivals are a block over. Spanish town a few blocks over has a little store with good food as well. There’s some workout equipment downstairs, but there is no need to use it often because the YMCA is within eyesight and you could run on the levy. The square footage is small, but you can’t really tell because the layout minimizes wasted space and the ceilings are very very tall. Very energy efficient and good security. Only issues are parking during the daytime and events. You don’t hear noise from neighbors, but you might hear a rowdy party animal on a Saturday night every once in a while. Nothing major. Also, hearing the church bells are nice, they don’t bother you like you’d immediately assume. You can see the river and the fireworks from your balcony and the parades pass in front of the street. Overall a very nice clean, safe, beautiful and fun place to stay. If I moved back to BR, I’d look there first.

Yes
Street parking, which is difficult at times, especially when raining or if there is an event going on nearby
