Court records are maintained by the Clerk of Court. The Volusia County Clerk of Court has a website www.clerk.org and you can search public records there.

There is a parking garage adjacent to the Courthouse. The garage is on the corner of Alabama and Rich avenues. There is also a smaller parking lot facing New York Avenue.

I'm not sure but if the charges were dropped I don't think you have a record and therefore wouldn't need to be expunged if you have no criminal record.
