This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done. My poor, sweet hairdresser had just washed the first round of color out of my hair when one of the ladies walked up and said I needed to be checked out and leave because they were closing in 15 minutes. He was not even finished coloring my hair and didn’t even get to blow dry or cut it. They rushed me out of the salon with my hair soaking wet in a clip after I paid $77. I understand that they were closing, but it is not fair to a PAYING customer to have my hair worked on for 5 hours and then rushing me out without letting the hairdresser finish. Not to mention it was not even 5:30 (their closing time) yet. If you’re at a restaurant half way through your meal and they’re closing soon, they’re not just going to THROW you out. Now my hairdresser has to come over on his OWN time to come finish my hair. The managers, or whoever is running Aveda, were not only extremely unwelcoming, but also the way they talk to/treat their employees is unbelievable. -5/10 experience.
