Horrible. Sat 30 minutes in waiting area with no service with a scheduled appointment. Called office phone three times with no answer. Third call was sent to voicemail.

It's A complete joke. Baton Rouge and Plaquemine. Not very Friendly and often try to discouraged you from filling or benefits or even even helping direct you to the proper department. They should all be FIRED.
You can come in and use the kiosk machine to send off for your medical records.
Yes they do.they have staff members who specializes in different fields.
