People was walking out customer service was horrible tonight no one to greet u everyone was standing wondering what was going on lot of the tables was dirty an it was only 10:30

I know the last time me and my fiancee went it was not what we expected now the old chili's was great

Chili's has horrible customer service and the food tastes frozen heated. Probably they left cuz they didn't like management or they were lazy . Or not getting the tips for there horrible service

A lot of waiters & waitresses quit abt 2 r 3weeks ago. Don't what happened but they walked off all at once.
