First thing, my reservation was on hold because they rented out my room even though I paid in advance. Second, the woman at the front counter kept trying to convince me that I booked a room without refrigerator and microwave. She acted like she had no idea which rooms were available or which rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. The hotel was ok but the power kept going out. I would not recommend anyone stay here!

Used to stay at this location often.. & never had a bad experience… but recently… the AC hasn’t worked in multiple rooms.. there has been bugs found all around the room.. beds haven’t been comfy.. staff isn’t too friendly.. will NEVER stay here again! Spend your money elsewhere! Holiday Inn down the road is MUCH better!! ❤️❤️

Great location. Lobby was locked to check in. Had to call and wait on hold to get someone to let me in to check in. Room was fine. Seemed clean minus the outside comforter on bed had stains on it (we brought our own blankets so we just took that one off) but sheets were clean. There were strays cats outside that you could hear fighting during the night. We were only there for about 9 hours and that was long enough!

Original room 143 scurrying roachs, missing luggage rack, security lock. To open front door, extreme body force required. Bedding stained, 2 pillow cases looks like they were used and not changed. Dead spiders and mega mosquito on bathtub rim. Work desk in this biz king gouged badly...terrible for writing and no light at desk. What??? Coffee maker but not coffee or cups because of covid. What??? Chips in paint on walls. Toilet wont flush paper. Update: went to front desk was moved to an extremely better room. Room 216. Desk had light, coffee service was in the room. (Guess no covid in this room!) Bedding not stained. Room looked more professional and comfortable. Has luggage rack, desk not chipped...walls not chipped..no bugs in bathtub or scurrying around. Why are all the rooms not like this one? Apparently my first room was robbed of its fixtures and never replaced. Oh and this door has the security lock and the door opens and closes without issue. My other room 143 should be condemned or rebuilt before renting again. Its a disgrace for 143 to be rented to any paying guest. This room 216 was worth paying the price for a business king. So the reviews you see on google are not consistent because the rooms in this hotel are extremely inconsistent. 216 is top notch...143 is a slum. If you are put into a slum room, immediately run back to front desk. The staff is awesome. But, the rooms vary greatly. Get what you pay for...check the room for what you agreed to purchase. The hotel has rooms at both extremes. Choose a nice room, because this hotel has both extremes. NOTE: I travel for biz...about 265 nights a year. Stay at a lot of red roofs. This is a corporate location..not an independent franchisee. Franchisee locations are awesome. Corporate locations with typical red roof building styles seem to be known for issues. I always look at building styles to let me know what to expect when staying with red roof. My company has a corporate discount. I have learned that means the room might be substandard, at corporate locations. But this substandard room 143 was ridiculous.

The LaQuinta across the street is much better for same price. Red Roof is doing a 3 mth shutdown remodel soon. It so desperately needs it!
No may have a extra bed they can bring in though. Not sure they're remodeling
I'm not sure i just used to be a housekeeper there for couple months.but the rooms are very nice there.
I bet they encourage it. Dirty place, nasty stains on the bed, and didn't feel safe there.
