You can work out in them I do believe. They do have a dress code but it isn't super strick either.

Standup/Lay-down Tanning, Massage beds and chairs and overall exercise equipment. ..went for one day; however, paid visit to Esporta Fitness which is LA Fitness conversion.. For same monthly premium as with PF black card, you get so much more bang-for-buck at Esporta just up the road off 17/92. They have pool, fitness classes throughout the day, Saunas, basketball court, speed cycle class, and overall exercise equipment. ..you can also bring with you more than one guest.. Internal lighting much more appealing than PF which appeared depressing impacting required motivation. ..it's the location, not the people. Overall, have better experience at Esporta Fitness.

I'm not a member but I'm going down there on vacation and thought I can maybe use their gym while I'm down there I did that in Texas at a Planet fitness I got a week member
