BE AWARE - THIS FACILITY DISCRIMINATES. I am posting this under my husband’s account. I was super disappointed to experience discrimination here against pregnant women and mothers. Over the last 6 years I have given birth to 4 children. Amidst my time being pregnant and raising children I would visit Primera to get routine services. In 3 instances over the last 6 years I had to reschedule appointments. 2 times because I found I was out I was pregnant and had to postpone certain services. Another time due to a cancellation by my babysitter. All three cancellations I gave were well over 24 hour notice. These cancellations were not consecutive, rather they were spread over a 4 year period. Between those three appointments I had appeared and received treatment at different times. Additionally, they never stated any policy or issue with rescheduling appointments for future dates. Much to my dismay, I called in last month to schedule another appointment, as I usually do, and was informed that I was blocked indefinitely from any future treatments. I was very confused and the front desk was not certain on the details but said she would look into it and call me back. They never did so I called them and I was informed that my three reschedules/cancellations over the last 4 years has resulted in me being blocked. I explained to them that they never mentioned anything about any kind of cancellation policy, as well as the fact that some of my appointments couldn’t happen after finding out I was pregnant. It was quite clear that someone there has something against women with children or pregnant women. Such a shame seeing a place like this not championing women in this day in age. I would avoid at all costs based on their discriminatory practices alone.

While I met Dr. Brian P Joseph in winter park 3 times for consultations FOR FREE. I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Gross who charges $250 a consultation and will send me e mail including my before and after pictures from the consultation. He discussed what I needed (which is Face & Neck lift, lower eyelids, endoscopic brow lift, endotines), During the interview I asked reasonable questions, My expectations were realistic, I don't expect miracles. Dr. Gross also suggested me getting a second opinion from Dr. Ruth Yeilding, winter park because she is specialized in eyes and he is specialized in noses. I called Dr. Yeilding and left a message but they never returned my call !! Then they took me to see a lady who gives me the dollar cost of each procedure. She had an estimate for my eye area only which was $ 17 thousand dollars plus.I asked her about the estimate for my face/neck lift, she said she does not have it because I need my eyes done first! , I wonder why Dr. Gross didn't tell me it will be 2 surgeries directly!! when I insisted on knowing the cost of my face lift she mentioned it will cost an additional $25 thousand dollars. I wonder why they didn't want to give me the whole estimate for everything I needed done! Is it because $42 thousand dollars will surely be refused by the patient ! But if I do 2 surgeries I pay twice for anesthesia and operating room, but that is not their concern. Other surgeons will do everything needed in one operation. The lady discussing the estimate with me sounded very rehersed, a well studied comments follows each charge. A good number of the 206 reviews are 1 star and 2 stars!. I waited for weeks to receive the promised e mail that include my photos but it never arrived, I called and left messages but they did not bother to return my call !!! Today I called them and the lady told me the doctor's notes says I am not a candidate to have the surgery done there and I should see the other Doctor he suggested seing and that is why they did not send me the e mail with my pictures!. If all of a sudden I am not a candidate there why did they give me the estimate after the meeting with Dr. Gross!! And why Dr. Gross himself did not tell me in my face that I am not a candidate for him to do my eyes !!!! Maybe because I received a questionaire and I answered it in a way Dr. Gross didn't like, that questinaire comes from a 5 digit number as a text but most likely was sent by Dr. Gross office and the patient's answer goes straight to him or because he is not good with eye cosmetic surgery and he is only focused on noses!. The lady from their office told me the person who can send the e mail is not working today. I told her I am writting a 1 star review now and if I do not receive the e mail it will be published in 15 minutes. I received the e mail over an hour later with only one of my pictures. The whole experience was bizarre, several things are wrong there. I am having my surgery done with Dr. Brian Joseph.

Everyone at Primera is so welcoming and I am really looking forward to my rhinoplasty appointment next week. Meeting Ashley and Dr. Gross was great, they were able to answer all my questions and concerns. This is a surgery I have wanted since high school, and after seeing his portfolio with examples of his work and a mock up of how my nose would look really confirmed that this was the right fit for me. I’m appreciative of the care package as well as the detailed instructions for surgery prep and care. They created this table and chart that breaks down timing and doses for medication for day before to the week after. Which really helps simplify the care process for myself.

While these neuromodulators are very similar, a couple of differences can help you decide which is right for you. If you’re looking to treat frown lines, the vertical “11s” between your eyebrows, Dysport is an excellent choice. However, because BOTOX doesn’t spread as much as Dysport, it is better for other areas, such as crow’s feet. During your consultation, your injector will ask you in-depth questions about your goals to determine the right option for you.
