Decent hotel. Can use some maintenance for sure .. Bed comfortable. Rooms can use some deeper cleaning. Breakfast was nightmare waited over hour for our food next morning much better .Thanks Kristin Rooftop bar has great view but once its alittle full staff can't keep up n expect to wait hour for a drink ..Overall I would stay here again but hope they can find more attentive help . Everyone just seems overwhelming maybe better training.. Front desk staff was awesome ...

We came to take our daughter up for orientation. The staff was very attentive. Makel was there to help with our luggage and he even brought us cold water to our room on his own. From check in until we left it was perfect. Amber at the rooftop bar was so nice. Gave us suggestions and makes good old fashion. The housekeeping staff Sabrina Owens and Stefanie Martin went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. We will be back.

The pictures were nothing like the place. This place is a dump. We walked in then walked right back out. The guy at the front desk on 06/29/2022 told us when the booking company called the hotel they would agree to a total refund but when Priceline called them they said they didn’t know anything about it. I’m still going to speak with a manager and try to get my refund. The Hyatt and Indigo are far better options than that broken down shoe box place. Not to mention scaffolding in place of a scenic view of the city and palm trees, with a wrap around balcony. The kids were rude at front desk and very unprofessional. For being a 4 star hotel what a scam! We just came from Waldorf Astoria that wasn’t much more with 5 star service. The guy behind the front desk treated us rudely and lied. It’s a truly gross hotel. Not to mention my wife saw a cockroach by the toilet. She has health issues and couldn’t allow her to stay there. Don’t let yourself be scammed. Sadly, my honeymoon was tainted. I’ll have to take her back to Waldorf.

Experience from the beginning to end was wonderful. I've never stayed at a hotel like this before. First off, very thankful that Hotel Duval is one of the few hotels in the city that has a super charging station for my Tesla. Room was comfortable and clean. I love how at night you can go to the rooftop bar to enjoy the beautiful views. They also have their own restaurants so it was convenient having breakfast downstairs. Other reviews mention bathrooms in the room lack a bit of privacy since they have frosted glass doors but if you need more privacy go to the lobby bathrooms- those provide great privacy. The shining star was Don G. from Guest Services. He was so attentive and kind during our breakfast experience. I will never forget his stellar customer service. Thank you for reading.
