I’m here and my 1st 2 rooms were dirty. We informed them we were leaving for an hour giving them time to clean a room for us. When we returned the room was cleaned, unfortunately it smells like someone took a bottle of cleaner and dumped it on the floor. We asked for a fan to get rid of the smell they offered humidifier. Talked to maintenance he suggested give it an hour or two instead. Now I’m not here to get over n really don’t like complaining and said will do. Well it’s 2hrs later and breathing has become worse even after I moped the floor looking to sop up some of the cleaner to realize the floor itself was still dirty. Customer service was good but, just too many things to over look. I’m here fully paid for 3 days and been standing with my room door open in a hallway. Finally went and got a new room that is perfect, still Now the great start to a trip I was expecting.

I picked this hotel because it was a 3-star hotel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels that were better. The room was nice and clean. I'll give you points for that. The phone cord would pop out of the phone every time you use it. Had to call the front desk at 2:30 in the morning for rowdy people. Woke up to no hot water and no eta on when it will get fixed. They advertise a free breakfast but said they didn't have breakfast today. My last 2 star hotel had breakfast, hot water and no rowdy people. And I was charged less than this place. So now I have to drive 5 hrs with not hot shower and no breakfast to start my day.

The grossest hotel you'll stay at with your family. No extra towels even when asked for. Just pool towels but only if I picked them up. No microwave or coffee in the room. No coffee even in the lobby, it was out! Rooms were paper thin, could hear everything. Just ridiculous. Luckily enough, we could get NO breakfast either because their delivery truck didn't make it. We weren't even offered a partial refund. This hotel, I can tell it used to be a good hotel but staff is either negligent of any care, can't find proper help, or just lazy. Their pool is nice though. Wouldn't stay here another night even if their rate was cheaper.

The room was pretty average. It did not have a microwave which would've been good but there was a mini fridge. There is a microwave in the lobby for people to use. They do have a pretty good breakfast every morning. The service could've been better the employees weren't rude just weren't friendly at all.
