I’m somewhat confused by other reviews. 1. I stopped in for a week and stayed months. Relatively quiet and friendly people. 2. Wonderful office staff. Many thanks to them for your help. 3. Close to grocery store and many restaurants. ( walking distance but very busy road). 4. Always clean and tidy bath rooms. This is a big plus for me. 5. Cleaning crew work hard keeping grounds tidy. 6. My thanks to everyone!

We enjoyed staying at Big Oaks RV Park for a few months. The girls in the office were a joy to deal with. You are surrounded by big beautiful oak trees. The park has a mixture of full timers and short timers with several easy to pull through spots and many back in spots. The park has clean bathrooms and a small laundry room with 4 or 5 washers and dryers at $2.00 each, save your quarters!There’s a small dog park which was very popular. This park is very easy to get to from I-10 with Walmart near by and much more. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Big Oaks RV Park 😁

If I could give these folks 10 stars, I would. In the middle of a very difficult time and a sensitive situation for our family, Big Oak RV Park stepped up without hesitation. They went above on every level to help a family in need. The kindness and compassion they showed our family means so much to us. Thank you does not feel adequate. God bless you for all you have done. We will always remember your kindness and will be sure to stay at Big Oak in the future should our travels bring us through the area.

All the basics and safe. Good hook ups, newer clean shower, beautiful big oak. Cons: road noise (granted we were three spots away from the road), tripped on broken cement pad, and pot holes. Good for one night.
