One of the worst places for student to live , poor management, apartments are literally falling apart. Bullet holes in walls and regular fights on the compound . Your rent will rise without justification. Would not recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roaches! Plus the entire complex smells like roach killer. These apartments are super old. The model that they show you IS NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL UNIT. (The bedspace). If you rent here expect to walk into a dirty, bad kept, stinky apartment. It’s jsit terrible and they charge an arm and a leg to move in. They also lie about everything! So don’t trust them. This place is horrible.

I guess if you live with people you know then it will be good. Otherwise, be aware that some of your roommate/s maybe smoking pot inside. I had to buy air filter and close my ac vent in my room most of the time. I would not recommend it, just finishing my contract.

The staff here have always been friendly. Apartment has been comfortable to live in during my time living there. The parking here hasn’t been much of a problem. Sometimes the neighbors are a bit noisy but it isn’t completely intolerable. The grounds have always been clean with minimum trash around the area. The maintenance crew has been always amazing as well. If I ever have an issue they are here to fix it. The staff is very professional and I feel if I have an issue they will be solved effectively. I overall feel the community is very good to live in.
