I ordered and paid for a Large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery. What I got was a cold cheese only pizza. Hungry Howies told me; when I called, I would have to deliver the pizza to them in order to receive a refund. I won’t be back to any of your locations!

Absolutely shocked at all I had to go through to get a pizza this evening. Still waiting for order at 10pm that was supposedly leaving the store to be delivered to me at 9pm. I attempted to order online through promo email that I received...Online ordering was malfunctioning as was ordering by phone. When I told them about my $7.99 promo that I received TODAY, they said, "No, sorry it's $8.99 because of corona..." lol...And, again, their "system" wouldn't accept my credit card. Threw up my arms and paid cash since everything seemed impossible at this point.. It has "always been something" when ordering with Hungry Howies, but this takes first place in my lifetime as THE LARGEST hassle ever with any company. I highly doubt that I will ever crave it again after this, and, obviously, not only because my pizza is very likely cold and/or jacked up by this point. Highly disappointed. Update: finally received at 10:37pm...totally cold.

I got a cheese sub (a personal pizza folded in half) and spaghetti. The sub is so buttery and cheesy. It was amazing! I ate it too fast to take a picture. Three spaghetti has a layer of cheese baked over it and comes with a large piece of parmesan bread. It is so good! I highly recommend!
