chavez is tremendously outstanding, vigorously awesome and the stupendously best front desk supervisor I’ve ever come across He’s very polite, humble well mannered and spectacularly the decent technician . He addresses customers and their problems with huge respect and understanding. I sincerely recommend management to promote him to next level and give the credit he deserves. I wish I had people like him working for my business I won’t lose him. He would a great asset to any company his skills and talents are spellbound and fantastically appreciated.

***Bed bugs*** STAY ANYWHERE ELSE Stayed at this location for work and ended up getting bed bugs. Left luggage in room along with everything I had (per search on website procedure). Notified hotel. They proceeded to tell me it was not bed bugs. Explained I was not staying there. They still charged me for my bag being there and would not reimburse me for the clothing, hospital visit, and bites I had all over my body. Went back after they cleaned my clothes only to find a bed bug in bag (tossed bag). I kept the bed bug in a plastic bag and tested. CONFIRMED BED BUGS. WORST HOTEL EVER. looking into my options to recoup my money. Don’t go through my nightmare.

We stayed here because it was a listed hotel on a special event announcement that we attended this past weekend. The hotel was in deplorable condition. Our first room was infested with roaches 🪳 and the second room was in serious need of renovation. Each of the rooms we went into smelled very musky and were rather run down. The pillows were yellow and noticeably used and old. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and as such didn’t want to even consider the breakfast option. The employees were very nice and quickly accommodated a room change when we reported the roaches in room 229. Other than the employee response to our concern and the friendliness of the housekeeping staff, there is nothing else to write positive in this review.

Ugh! I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. We were staying in Tallahassee and needed a hotel that accepted pets. As an Honors member, I just booked it. My experience was as other reviewers had mentioned. The room didn’t feel clean. The shower had muck in it, the front of the dishwasher was dirty, the room had a funky smell. Items in the room were damaged, the carpet was coming up, the window treatment was torn. Based upon my experience and other reviews - it makes you wonder what the $75 “pet cleaning fee” goes toward. I agree with others the walls are so thin you can hear everything in your room. On the positive, the staff was friendly, the room was large, and the hotel is in a good location.
