Had an overnight stay with my older dog in my room and my daughter/her husband in another room. I had asked for a ground floor room which I had ordered when making reservations though upon arrival had been placed in 2nd floor. They arranged upon my request to get me in a ground floor room. The room was nice though the floor in the bathroom hadn't been completely cleaned but shower was wonderful! However, the rest of the room was comfortable. The outside area for pets was nicely kept and supplies were provided to keep the area clean for people too. The staff was caring and helpful. The only issue was getting into the place - once you see it's the entrance right after The Melting Pot it was easy from either direction. Initially the drives all looked the same. Breakfast was very good as well as coffee!

I will give a 5... sure there are pros and cons but nice comfortable beds and loved the big room! I liked the simple but cute decor. The only cloth was bed, bedding and towels which to me was cleaner. Loved the wood blinds! There is a per room pet fee of $30 not per pet which was acceptable. Friendly staff. Nice cooling system! Ceiling fan which is huge plus. Of course we always think could be cleaner but I think that a 5 star hotel too. Grounds well kept. Good breakfast. If I wanted to nit pick sure you can but its hard to keep up such a large place perfectly.breaandhappy

It was not terrible, but it definitely was not great. I had a queen suite, so two conjoining rooms…one of the rooms had two queen beds and the other room had a full Murphy bed with a little kitchenette. Both rooms had their own bathrooms. And the rooms were nice! Nicely decorated and pretty clean and neat. The only thing is that it smelled terribly of smoke. I went to the front desk and they didn’t have any big fans to help air it out and didn’t have any other rooms available for us. They suggested we just go get buy some air freshener. There was also some pretty loud arguing at night outside of our rooms, some blood stains on one of the blankets, and two spiders in one of the rooms. The free breakfast was also just ok, not great, but free!! It’s also in a great location…near a lot of things! All in all, I feel like you get what you pay for.

Very nice property. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom roomy, double sinks and nice shower. Bed comfy. Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon and normal choices. Beautiful view. Love to be here when it is warm and can sit on the porches in the rocking chairs. Lots of room on premises to have a family get together or friends get together. Will stop here again!!!
