I used to use these clinics because they didn't ask for photo ID. But now they do. I'm fine with showing them my driver's license. I just don't want them scanning my photo ID into a system I have no control over. What if they get hacked? How do I know my ID is secure? The only way to ensure that my ID is protected is by NOT allowing them to scan it into their system. I will show it to them. BUT they just can't scan it into their system. I am a person, a human being. Not a photo ID. If denying healthcare to someone because they won't allow you to scan a photo ID is the new normal, then our healthcare system is IN CRISIS.

Both the nurse practitioners that helped me were Very Discerning and friendly. I wanted to Clap I was so happy with the service they provided. I'm actually setting an appointment to return now!

I scheduled an appointment for the minute clinic for 11:45. Once I logged into the system, 45 minutes were suddenly added to my wait time. While I do understand that urgent care/minute clinic locations typically have a long wait time, I don’t understand why the wait time was long for a scheduled appointment. When I asked the nurse on staff, she simply closed her door to where there was only a tiny crack in between us and said I needed an appointment. I tried to explain I had an appointment and she promptly closed the door. The overall attitude of the nurse along with the wait time caused me to leave and go to another urgent care right down the road. The wait time was as expected for an urgent care center and the staff was incredibly helpful and informative. Finally I am well aware that urgent care centers are swamped this time of year, and business is expected to be slower than normal. However, I believe that this situation could have been handled much better.

So I check in for an appointment come back 2 hours later having 37 minutes left before I can be seen. Then I get bumped to 60 minutes more because someone made an appointment online. This is the crappiest service ever. Don't use minute clinics because they have no care of someone else's time to allow an online person to bump another person
