This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. Very nice place. Handicap room we had was great to. House keeping was great to asked for clean towels for the next day on our way out for the day and had them before we left. Breakfast was great to and the staff did a great job keeping it filled with hot food. Lots of choices to. Little hard to find though. Not marked well since the drive way goes to 3 different hotels. Would stay here again when traveling to Tallahassee.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The showers are caked up with dirt trapped under bath mats that were probably there in 1994. When I first arrived I checked into a room with no remote. I was informed to get a remote I would need to change rooms. Then I pull back the covers to find black hairs and stains all in the bedding. We managed to find a way to put our own blankets on top of the others because we were so tired after coming in late. Early the next morning I realized that the bathroom floor was covered with urine and who knows what else. When I went downstairs a nasty girl Olivia treated me horribly in front of the other guests and said if I'd stayed another night she might switch me rooms but because I'm only here today there's nothing she can do about it. The resolution I received was "I'll tell the housekeeper to do a better job next time" I called corporate and made reference to the IHG clean promise. After an hour of haggling the nice customer service agent was finally able to get the manager to go down by 25% on the $150 rate that I had just paid. Then I went to the lobby to get coffee which was also disgusting and overheard another guest telling the manager the same thing about how his sheets were stained and his room was nasty and no one would help him. I jumped in to share his frustration after watching the assistant manager stand there with a blank look on his face for 30 minutes while this customer asked him what he was going to do about the situation. That customer was actually lucky to get $50 back on his ridiculous stay. This hotel should not be allowed to carry the Holiday Inn brand. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Service is great I would give them a five and great location. But this hotel needs to be updated I’m here now I almost fell in the hallway because the carpet is so bad. The shower handle doesn’t work right and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The whole hallway smells like weed. They really need some updates or lower the prices. I’ve stay in a lot of IHG this is the worst by far.

I was driving through the area and this was a very safe and comfortable place to stay the night. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here especially since there’s not anything close to this in the area. Little pricey ended up being 130$ for the night but I’d rather spend that and be safe then be sketched out at the other places in area. You’re good to go here :)
