The coaches are very welcoming. The classes are always a good challenge. If you need a little more help, or more explaining, they are very accommodating and kind about it. Regardless of level, I believe they can meet your needs.

This place is just great. I am the type of person that falls off of exercise routines easily. I started the 6 week challenge and am heading into my last week this week. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The classes are intense and I have come to really enjoy kickboxing. One of the things that I particularly like is having someone as an accountability coach. For me particularly, it is great because it makes me go back. They are more than willing to talk to you about your goals and how they can help you reach them. You will get out of it what you give in this place but I find myself getting addicted to pushing myself every class and that really keeps me coming back. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are like me and needed someone to jumpstart you into a workout routine.

The other day had a great 5:30am workout with Brooke. She was wonderful it’s hard enough to get up to do a morning workout but she had the whole class going. If you are looking for a new gym or been wanting to try something new give Fittheorem a call and ask for Brooke her customer service is fantastic.

This is my favorite place to be. I started coming regularly 7 months ago and it has become the best parts of my week. I burn so many calories in a class and have met several milestones; I feel accomplished and energized whenever I leave. The people here are so friendly. The coaches are encouraging and helpful, and the classes are challenging yet fun. I highly recommend it!
