Unreliable freight carrier. My freight was delayed extra weeks and only response I got was because of no truck drivers and terminal delays. So, I've decided to pick up my own freight from the terminal myself. When I called ahead they told me it would be ready for pick up at Dallas terminal. Long be hold, it wasn't and works were on break for hours. I'm writing this review from pick up doc still waiting to load my freight. There's definitely something wrong with YRC. I wouldn't ship with them even if it was free. Just don't know when you'll ever see your stuff again. FYI, it took 3 weeks from NJ to Dallas. Ridiculous!!
