We had a pergola cover installed by Regal Plastics. Unfortunately our experience hasn't been overall positive. The initial interactions were positive and professional. Everyone has always been very pleasant to work with. However, our patio cover has not lived up to our expectations. When we had our initial meeting, with the company representative, we shared our goals for covering the patio. We wanted to not have to move cushions around when rain was in the forecast. The added bonus was the promise of reducing the temperature on the patio in the summer. We were installed January 2021 and can't comment on whether it helps with the temperature because it is June. However, for leaks and workmanship, they have been back to our home 4 - 5 times. While we still have consistent leaking with any rains, we finally stopped calling them to try to remedy the problem. Part of the reason we stopped calling was because their response time was getting slower and slower. Also, the problem wasn't getting better. All-in-all this was not a good investment and we wouldn't recommend a pergola cover from Regal Plastics.
