Net what a horrible place We sent a box in November 2020 and that box was not close and it is not the first one we send and for nine months they tell us to give it a month and 11 months have passed and the box is not delivered and more than we send two and only one and the only thing they say is that it's in customs and they don't deliver our boxes it's been a year now and our relatives are still waiting for the box I hope they don't deliver them anymore please what a bad service

Very bad service I sent 1 box to El Salvador and to date it has been 7 months and they still have not delivered it. They do not give information about the order. 058969. Since Nov 9, 2020. And when calling you have 1 hour on hold and until they hang up, I want to put a lawyer and they do not give information about their legal representative in NY or El Salvador and they say that they are not authorized to give that training. They are liars PERSONALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
