Some of the worst inconsiderate drivers I've ever had the pleasure of sharing the road with. I'm more concerned about their drivers than random deer crossing the road.

Best company to drive for in the U.S.A.

Very friendly and helpful

The recruiting department is very rude telling me that I’m dumb and apparently don’t know how to read a mvr tried to tell me that I only have a 3 month CDL class A which is my “paper” copy which I told them I had before the application process started and that apparently I had a CDL suspension the company it’s self is a good company but the people that run this department are absolutely rude and very unprofessional!!! They told me to call the dmv to figure out a suspension that I didn’t have and this is all after they offered me a plan ticket to orientation so yeah good luck making past this department that apparently can’t do there job right!

Yes you can find people there to train you there are lot of well qualified drivers...... But you still need to see with the administration. 👍
68 on cruise 72 on pedal.
It is 90 days from your hire date
Only 4 terminals but plenty of drop yards terminals are in liberal ks, Irving,tx, Brawley, CA and Driver, Ar
Insurance sucks in the office to
If you're going in as a fresh driver with no experience, you'll go out with a trainer for 7500 miles, which should take about 3-4 weeks. Orientation is another week before you'll be paired with a trainer.
You won't have direct access. But you will have the ability to pick and choose the loads you want to take. They'll be dispatched to you and if you're not satisfied with the current load, you could get another if it's available.
If you still have a good clean driving and clearinghouse records the company can work with your situation. Just contact company recruitment and they will guide you from there.
NCI has just the one actual terminal in Irving. There's a shop in Liberal KS but that's it.
Yes. Safety comes 1st here
No
Great company to work
It depends how old it is
No, lease ops are 72mph and they are nice Kenworths with APU's and fridges.
Just started last week but the way were talking in orientation they do. Pay for empty and loaded miles
Good people good service dependable
Go to drivenci.com for more info. Of all the company's NCI was and has been the best fit for our family.
Yes they have the ones with the units small diesel engines attached to the trucks or now the electric ones depends on what year model you get
All 48, but run heavy in the Northeast. Go to www.drivenci.com for more info. If you fill out an application, ask for Justin.
2 to 3 years last I was there and there a good company to be with and when it was time to go on home time I never was late my dm got me home on time
Late model Kenworth T-680s. 100% Automatic. Trailers are in great condition. Mostly thermo-king reefers and some Carrier reefers. Road test is done in Orientation and covers fundamentals and safe driving. Simple stuff. When you apply ask for Justin in Tenstreet if you haven't applied already. I'm one of Nationals Recruiters.
That is a question for HR.
Yes
Depends on whether your company or lease. Company is 65 and lease 68 on the accelerator 72 cruise.
We have one that runs from Moultrie, GA down into FL... Check withvour recruiting department and they can get you better details. www.drivenci.com
Teams not required
I cancelled all my insurance with them cause I couldnt find any one in my area that would take the crappy insurance. Also 150.00 a week is way too much for the minimum coverages they offered
Dan Bowkley you got alot right, but the layover pay is shut, they make you think they are best in pay, just don't take per diem pay. I had worked for them and they don't want to hear you say that is not legal. They starved me, to a point I had to get personal loan from company. And then I was paying 100.00 a week until I got it paid. They have a small yard and even smaller drivers lounge. Restroom and no Showers. They have sandwiches at first Friday forum which they don't really care about you showing up for. The grass is green just don't pee on the lawn. Figure of speech.
5 yrs.
We do in fact train new drivers. I am a trainer. We do everything we can to give you the best possible training available. Trainer up front with you instead of in the bunk asleep, etc.
