Let me start with saying I myself am in the business of Customer Care/ Service. Knowing how important it is, I was beyond blown away with Steven Paredes he answered an online request for a used car and I was able to get my very first brand new car when I was not looking at that due to my price range. We had a few bumps in the road along the way but him and his team were there with out fail. I would recommend him and his team time and time again. I will forever be a Subaru driver not because the vehicle its self but because the experience and service that was provided to me.

Lynette Rice was great to work with over the past 6 months. She was able to show me every trim level and option I was I interested in. Even with dealerships receiving low inventories, she did her best to let me see and test multiple cars during my buying process. The finance staff was also very straightforward and not pushy. I ended up with everything I wanted and no over sells. I recommend finding your next Sub at Ballard Carter Subaru.

In 2004 I bought a Subaru Forester from Carter Subaru, had it serviced at Carter Subaru Ballard the last 18 years in a row, was happy with their sales and service, and got 202,000 miles on my vehicle. So now that it was time to buy a new vehicle, again I researched Consumer Reports, they still rate Subaru Forester as the best compact SUV. So I returned to Carter Subaru Ballard, worked by email and in person with salesman Steven Mackie, he did an outstanding job, it did not feel like a car sales pitch at all. Steven is respectful, informative, responsive, and a nice man. I am a happy customer with a new 2022 Subaru Forester, which is a great vehicle. In summary, I highly recommend Carter Subaru Ballard and Steven Mackie.

My husband and I are literally driving away from the Carter Subaru dealership in our new car as I'm writing this; we had such a good experience I just had to write a review on the ride home! We just leased our new Forester, and we couldn't be happier. We'd previously had an awful experience leasing from Toyota while we were living in Long Island, New York, but the process at the Ballard Subaru dealership was a polar opposite experience. Steven helped us with the leasing process, which was quick and painless. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours, and everyone we spoke to was friendly and genuine. There were no surprise fees, and we were given quite a few tips on how to save money during the process. We were never pressured to make upgrades to our package, and Steven walked us through how to utilize every feature in our new vehicle. I highly recommend using this dealership!

Hi! Here at Carter Subaru, there's nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and employees. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are taking steps to protect our community, including: • Increasing the number of times our dealership is cleaned daily. • Sanitizing high-touch areas frequently, including door handles, chairs, desks and phones. • Disinfecting our vehicles before and after test-drives, including high-touch areas like door handles, key fobs, steering wheels, and gear shifts. • Ensuring that all our employees are washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer in between washings. • Instructing any employee who does not feel well or is experiencing symptoms to stay home from work and encouraging customers who do not feel well to reschedule their appointments or speak with us remotely. • Postponing any business-related travel, including meetings and vendor visits.
