Stopped in here randomly on the way back home from Vashon Island. It wasn’t busy at all at 6pm. Ordered the Kung Pao with “chicken” (in the photo) and a stir fried egg noodle dish with tofu. Enjoyed the Kung Pao but was disappointed in the noodle dish. Both were quite salty. Service was slow. The server was friendly (smiled all the time) but was never around when we needed anything (note the restaurant was not busy- it was us and 2 other tables) and she didn’t ask or check on us either. Nice concept (all vegetarian) and lots of options. Restaurant was clean and attractive.

Lots of vegetarian options and many of which are vegan friendly. Good flavors with a mix of influences. Definitely worth checking out.

Great vegan (mostly) Vietnamese food! Located on White Center's 'main street' - convenient for us when traveling to/from Seattle. Also when visiting SeaTac airport. The style of drumsticks they serve are my wife's go-to at Asian restaurants that carry it. Fish with lemongrass is my favorite. **Closed on Wednesday

Got the special vermicelli and unfortunately there was no “pork” as ordered, instead it came with a soggy egg roll with no flavor. The noodles were over cooked and soggy and there were no cucumbers. Was excited for a vegetarian option near me but very little flavor and will not be coming back.

There are several gluten-free options, but any dish listing a "meat" ingredient is likely seitan, a meat substitute made from wheat gluten. The boc choi with mushrooms, the eggplant stone pot, and most of the tofu dishes are all good choices for someone sensitive to gluten. We took a friend who has Celiac to Lotus. We got the 'shrimp' spring rolls (made with tofu), the crisp fried tofu, the boc choi with mushroom and a vegetarian fried rice. She loved ir
I think so the meat is made from veggie protein so I'm not sure.
