There are several gluten-free options, but any dish listing a "meat" ingredient is likely seitan, a meat substitute made from wheat gluten. Most of the fake meat products at Lotus are made with seitan, which is basically pure gluten. Any dishes which do not have fake meat product will be gf, but be aware that real meat is not on the menu, and that will limit you to vegetable, rice, tofu, and rice noodle menu items. They are likely prepared side by side with dishes containing gluten. I love Lotus, but if you have Celiac's I would recommend against eating here.
