The customer service here is spot on. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and courteous. Even though I called for a service they don’t offer,(kickboxing) he helped me find a gym. If I decide in the future to get a gym membership this will be my first choice.

I would definitely not recommend going to this place as it’s just a total waste of money and the customer service is the Worst I have ever seen.I was told that my account is cancelled and will be charged for that particular month which was fine but then I was charged again the next month and when i spoke to the customer care agent they said that I have to come to studio and When I went there I was told I need to pay for one month and I can go to classes if i want which is very unprofessional. It doesn’t depend on how to train people always but it also depends on how good you treat people. I’m happy I finally got rid of this membership even though I had to pay for 2 months extra.

It is very challenging but the trainers are very helpful and will be there to help you achieve your goals and come across the challenges!!

It's nice to have a second studio option near home. This was my first time in this studio. It's a spacious and well maintained place. The reception and waiting area is larger than most studios I've visited. The reception staff were not the most friendly and welcoming folks. Was kind of a let down. They have secure lockers with a number combination and automatic water dispensers. The treadmills don't have iPads connected yet. Coach Brandi was great! She was full of energy and kept the entire class motivated. The workout was perfect! I always tend to compare coaches to my home studio - because of the familiarity there is more personalized help in my home studio, which other studios lack. Overall, a good alternative to my home studio. Will come back here for sure.

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.
If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.
Book your first workout by signing up online or calling the Orangetheory studio most convenient for you. Once you have an Orangetheory Fitness membership, download the Orangetheory Fitness app. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and get access to the latest intel.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
Our rates and fees vary based on the studio, but your first workout is FREE. Contact your local studio to discuss pricing when you redeem your free workout!
