Don’t live here, upstairs neighbors just moved in and are loud and have little consideration for others. Random stuff going on at all hours of the night, weekday nights, etc. Mgt. doesn’t do anything about it.

I love the location and layout of this apartment building but what sets it aside from all other apartments is the staff! They have been so helpful and hard-working, I have never seen service like this at an apartment complex. Daniel at the front desk is always ready to help. Not only does he listen, he takes immediate action! I requested some help with a clogged bathroom drain and one worker, Justin, came to fix it immediately in a very professional manner! If you like the floor plans, this is the cherry on top that puts this place above all others!

I have no choice but to post this, but I am a current resident at post vineyard (I believe phase 3), and we have had trash piling up in our parking garage these past few weeks, due to the trash shoot being completely full, and I have already reached out management about this issue and no one has come to clean up the trash. I will be filing a formal health code violation with the state, if this is not resolved ASAP. Pictures bellow are from floor’s 2-4.

Recently rented an apartment home at MAA McKinney Ave and am extremely pleased with the service I have received here. Daniel and Clara made the leasing process from start to finish the easiest I have ever encountered in my years of leasing apartment homes. Truly professionals in their field and were quick to send over any answers to my questions and documents that needed to be signed. The entire process was just so seem-less, and the entire office staff is obviously a well oiled machine that works in harmony. The service here is what I expect to get from a luxury community and I am happy to call MAA McKinney Ave my new home. Wonderful location, to food, night spots, and the Katy trail. But overall the entire staff is exceptional and super friendly. If you have not visited this community you need to stop by.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
