Whoever the lady is that answers the phone is rude, unwelcoming & acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve spoken with her twice inquiring about a 1 bedroom apartment. Both times the same.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Had a tour @2 and as I walk in 10 mins early whoever the lady was in there (not Valerie) shook her head and was ridiculously rude. Should teach your employees common curtesy and good customer skills.

The best thing about living there is the management team. They are always responsive and helpful. Daveon is a great manger. He is very helpful and professional.

I'll include pictures later to show the evolution of the property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ March 2017 when I moved in and the building was new. Great management correspondences, great neighbors, excellent pool environment, brand new apartment; nothing was broken, maintenance was on a schedule to change filters and resolve problems. You received a tour of the building and the leasing office gave you treats and branded merchandise to take home - umbrellas, coozies, keychains, etc. The first maintenance manager resigns and the first manager resigns, along with the 3 leasing agents that were through a temp agency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Between 2018-2019 - under new management; one new community manager and two new assistant managers. Pool access was restricted and pool furniture was thrown away, bikes were thrown away without warning, security and leasing agents questioned residents to see if they lived there, residents had to sign in when entering the building and security had a post at the only elevator to access your unit, parking was not enforced and people could park in your $150 a month reserved spot, garage was always broken, and lease violations started. Manager resigns and both assistant managers resign. ⭐️ Between 2019 - Dec. 2021 - a new management team. The doors to the leasing office remain locked with a sign that explicitly says "Do Not Pull on Door". No one answers the phone. Amazon deliveries are directed to the office and if your name isn't on the package, they send it back without notifying you. Apartments are being flooded with water from the pool. Breakers are popping off left and right; you can't use the microwave and the dishwasher at the same time. Have I mentioned the trash and the smell of trash on each floor? I don't think I mentioned the roaches either. Maintenance resigns. The leasing office has no clue who you are and you'll have absolutely no relationship with them to build a "community".
