I start living in this apartment since 2018 and I am still living because it is peacefull and convinient. Also the manager(Diep) is friendly and very respectfull. Every time I requested service, they were there for me. So I am very happy living in solarium apartments and I highly recomend it.

5 stars for customer service. I came to tour the community and it’s kept up very nicely and Marisol is very responsive and helpful. The area isn’t for me, but if you’re interested I would give it a try.

They have to do something with security this Friday there was a homeless man on the stairs This Saturday I find that a bicycle and tools have been stolen from my balcony, how can I be calm? Previously they have opened a car for me there is no security in this complex Rents are high for one to be going through all this

I like this place a lot since I move in. It nice, clean, bright. The asian manager she is very nice and reasonable to work with. The maintained take cares my problem quick. I love to stay here with all the highway access and restaurants nearby.
