Horrible doctors office. I waited 45 min just to find out nobody checked me in. All together waited a whole hour after my appointment and finally left. Thats a ridiculous way to treat people. Im finding another family doctor.

They still don’t respond in a timely fashion for callbacks. The admin team gives this office a really bad reputation.
Hey there im only a patient at desert bloom. I don't have the same Dr. You do- but i am also having issues with perscription fill/Refill. Desert bloom has been great. my walgreens at 91st and indian school has caused ti have ti deal with several aggravating incidents. Misinformation regarding the satus or availability of my scripts follwed by -oh its a problem with your ins company. Leaving me without proper meds coming hime from back surgery..... I wish you luck

I'm not sure they do renewal's. You might have to go through a different doctor. You could try Green Dream Doctors for that. They will submit your renewal app for you. AZDHS has just gone electronic so you will have your card in your phone. That could make the process shorter.
