Can never get times right! They call and say 15 min early when it’s actually 30 min and then reschedule you if your not exactly 30 min early smh ridiculous office and staff smh

I thought that changing the location would give better service but I was wrong, most of the receptionists are very rude and always with a long face. Especially a chubby one who is there. Besides, when you try to make an appointment, they always leave you on hold for up to 20 minutes. It has happened to me that when I go to an appointment and the phone rings, they tell them the same thing and put them on hold and they become fools there 🙄 on the other hand, doctor's assistants never last in that place whenever I have my check-ups I look at a different one 🤦🏻‍♀️
