I'm not sure they do renewal's. You might have to go through a different doctor. You could try Green Dream Doctors for that. They will submit your renewal app for you. AZDHS has just gone electronic so you will have your card in your phone. That could make the process shorter.
The Desert Bloom physicians do renewals. Just call our office at 623-385-7900 for an appointment.
