I wouldn’t put my family member. They have a bad Medicare rating (2 stars) and the sir staff are very unprofessional.

My husband was a resident here during COVID when family wasn't allowed to visit. By the time we got him moved closer to home he had bed sores you could put your fist in and they were moving up his spine and were deemed incurable. He could have lived for years on dialysis for his original diagnosis but he was in so much pain he signed a DNR. They stopped all treatment and he was gone within a week. I completely blame this facility for blatant neglect.

I am a former employee some of the people get on my nerve but I must honestly say the residents are well taken care of. I worked at a lot of beautiful places all around the USA but I must say the meadows is one big family the residents are well taken care of. the Adon and .H.R Antonette and Felicia the med aids and all the cna's are the best keep up the good 👍 👏 never forgotten ❤

At the horrible place about to get a one-room apartment I would be in one I'm just paralyzed from the waist down and I know that have Apartments out there where I could live and get along just fine like there's no one to help here and they don't have a person that worked with you yet they won't tell the next month or so it's just horrible here
