Is very non responsive to anything. They never answer their phone on the first called they always have to call you back which is very seldom if they do. They went into a new system and they don’t know what they’re doing with that half the time, it doesn’t work correctly. The water supervisor never returns your phone calls. There definitely needs to be some accountability or oversight of this with this company.

Late yesterday afternoon, I reported a water odor problem at our residence. This morning, an officer from the utility was at the door to investigate. He reviewed everything and our problem is solved. Thank you for outstanding service by your very professional and knowledgeable team.

There is a stench on the corner where the water tower is and the water coming out of my faucet smell of human waste. I can't afford the $45.00 service fee I was billed, for services, that served no purpose.
