They are the worst for customers service!!! They love to charge you a late fee and take your money for service. But if you need information about your bill, lord help you.

If I could give a negative review, I would!! In 40 years of dealing with power companies in Florida (FPL), Arizona and Georgia, we have never experienced a more incompetent, unresponsive, unreasonable company than FPU!!! We received a past due notice on 3/28 (letter dated 3/21) with a threat to turn the power off on 3/30! Our account is not only paid in full, we have a credit balance as a result of SEVERAL instances of erroneous charges on our account! This is confirmed online and on their phone system!! Simple mistake to fix, right? No!!!! We called customer service and after half an hour we opted for a callback. Nobody ever called. Today we have been on hold for OVER 2 hours and counting!!! Go in person? Nope, office is still closed due to “COVID”. Really?!?! I’ve complained to the PSC but don’t expect anything to be done. If you consider moving to an area covered by FPU, either don’t do it or get solar power. FPU is the worse we’ve ever seen!’
