My sister recently had a head injury and will require full time care. I stopped by the facility on 10/09/22 at am. My plan was to speak with someone about the facility and garner information. The young lady let me into the foyer and mumbled a few words while pointing to a sign in book. I asked her to repeat what she said. She then told me to sign in take my temperature and then pointed to the masks, at this point she exited the foyer. I completed the sign in and walked into the lobby. The young lady was seated and was typing on her computer. She looked up and said what can I do for you? I told her I was hoping to speak with someone about the facility. She asked what is the patients name, I said she is not a patient. I once again told her I am looking for a facility for my sister. She said you can come back Monday and staff will be here to help you. I explained that I was from out of town and would not be here Monday. She then said I could call Monday. I asked her if she could answer any questions at which time I received a blank stare. Obviously she did not want to be inconvenienced. At this point I left. If employees of this facility are this disinterested in potential patients, I hate to image how they are with actual patients. I will scratch this facility off my list.
