I'm a library fan and have been since I was a child back in the 1970's. I live in Florida and I come up to this library to check out the friends of the library store about every other month. I was there today 07/16/2022. A wonderful volunteer was working today. I have seen her on most Saturdays when I come up from Florida. There were a fair amount of people mostly women looking at what this wonderful Friends of the Libraries had to offer.

Yes, we offer a 6-month temporary resident library card for $12.50. She can visit either the Brunswick Library or the St. Simons Library to sign up and pay the fee.

We have a Children's area at both our SSI and our downtown locations however the downtown library is currently closed for remodeling.
Keeper of the lost cities is at the Brunswick branch and you can get others by placing a hold at the desk or online.
