The security guard is RUDE He wasn't rude to me but he was most definitely rude to other people for absolutely NO reason. One of them was a old lady! Everything else was perfect! Security guard is TRASH. Man I wish I caught is his name.

Ms Whittaker (I hope that is her name) took my call and was very polite and professional. She was able to answer all my questions and even get me an appointment for next week. She explained the process of changing my name after a divorce, and for getting a replacement card for my toddler.

Yes you can
Don’t know
How do I make an appointment.
Yes you do.
Not only have a suspended my account but they're stealing my money out of my account hundreds of dollars and direct Express refuses to give me a new card to access my money I'm going to currently see them for $250,000 this is been going on for over a year !
I would go in to the Office Asap!!!
You can go into the office, sign in under her Social Security number, and they will call you to a window. Just let them know you want to apply for her and they will ask you a few questions and give you a packet of papers to fill out and bring back.
Nope. You just walk in. Go to the kiosk that they have straight ahead. Type in what you need (answer the personal questions) and it will print your number. Then you wait. Just so you know, the security guard that's there is RUDE. He wasn't rude to me but he was very rude to other people. I couldn't believe he works there. Everybody else is great
No. The age now I believe is 67. Gotta love our government! If your still working your accumulating more credits toward S.S. payments you'll receive when you do collect. Some choose to do this so they will receive more instead of collecting at 67. I know people who are 70 and still work but are close to S.S. hope this helps.
Yes
They will give you a temporary sheet that has the information, but it won't be their actual cards. I just had to get my daughters social and because of a mix up when she was a baby had to get a couple of extra documents. I would call just to make sure. They will probably want some sort of proof of custody as well.
No, they have a # posted on the door, maybe you can make an appointment. I also needed to change my name and was told I had to mail the original documents to them.
You can call the toll free number for Social security administration and ask them what you need so you don't waste your time
Go to the office and they will give you a print out of anything you want
Yes your address
I believe its 65
Go+vernment issued id. A temporary drivers license will not be avcepted. And a birth certificate. Or a letter from social security with your name current adress and ss #
The first yearv$10,000 after the first year. It is unlimited
Will I still be able to receive my SSI and work a part time job
Your id and ss card and a copy of your childs birth certificate.
That is simple if they are using it for work social security will have a record of that. If they are using it for credit. The credit agencies will have a report of that. You can also use credit karma. You are entitled to 1 free credit report from all 3 crdit reporting agencies every year.
I took mine at 62. There are no promises of tomorrow. Many people pass away before they hit their retirement age. I have no regrets!
Can apply online or go to Soc Sec off 134 Juniper Ct Bwk Ga 31525. First time would suggest visiting local office. Also if approaching 65 be sure and sign up for Meducare as premiums will increase if not filed for timely.
No, it shouldn't, it should continue in the client's name ...
