This is one of the worst experience I had with staying in an hotel. For good 3nights they did not clean the room, change bedspread and supply towels. I made several trip to the receptionist but still same nonchalant attitude. The guy that was at the reception on 27 and 28th was the worst front desk person I have ever encountered. He is a bit light in complexion. I had to quickly check out around 4am because I couldn't stand it anymore. Worst hotel services that I have ever seen. If there is zero for service I would have given it.

The rooms are very clean, amenities abundant. Breakfast was really good especially for this price point. Front desk staff are polite as well. Only complaint is I wish the water pressure for the shower was better.

Positive: We¿re able to relax after a long day with the kids. Plenty of room to stretch out and have our own little space in the room. Parking was good and location to get to downtown Dallas was 15 mins away. Negative: The door to the bathroom was a piece of metal that you had to move up and down to unlock and lock it. We kept getting locked into the bathroom. Breakfast was decent needs more fresh fruit. No towels for pool , or extra for the room and blankets.

Our house was undergoing repairs due to the winter storms last year. Having worked at the Domain at Midtown Park across the street for 2 years, I was very familiar with the area and this hotel. I knew this would be a great place to stay for 2.5 months while our house was being repaired and I couldn't have made a better decision! I chose the King Suite for me, my fiancee, our dog, and our cat. Upon arrival the room was clean. It was spacious and allowed room for both of us to set up our own work spaces since we work from home - there was a desk and an extra table that we converted to a desk. My only complaint about the room was the shower - as it was an accessible unit it was a walk in shower. This would be a problem when washing my hair and water would cover the bathroom floor and leak into the bedroom. The building itself was always kept in good, clean condition including the fitness center and laundry rooms. There was a slight issue with housekeeping - one week they went to a different unit, one week we weren't on the schedule and another week we weren't told that they weren't doing housekeeping (due to the holidays) when we scheduled it. When housekeeping did come, however, they always did an excellent job. The free breakfast is simple but still good. The entire front staff was awesome! Victor was probably our favorite as he was always extremely friendly and in a pleasant mood every day. Everyone was always very professional. Due to our other jobs in the music business, we tended to arrive home late in the evening/early morning hours. Their courtesy patrol was always visible and present - constantly walking the property. He was also extremely friendly with all of the guests. The location is also excellent. Close to lots of dining and everything of importance for us - Plano/Richardson, our house, Deep Ellum, and Oak Cliff. I was so impressed with our stay for such a lengthy time that I also booked a room for a touring band that I was working with. After touring Europe and the US, they said this was the nicest hotel they had stayed in. I will definitely be booking more rooms here in the future for more bands that I work with. Thank you!
