I can’t express how much I love living here at Camden Hunter’s creek! The people are so friendly and nice and makes sure to take care of any problems. Olga and Brandon and my go to staff whenever I’m in need. Couldn’t ask to live anywhere better!

The community is nice on the outside not so much on the inside especially for the price you pay. The apartments are in need of serious renovations. From plumbing to carpeting, AC units going out, & washers needing replaced. Maintenance is quick to respond thankfully. The noise levels are pretty high, especially if you have inconsiderate neighbors & they do not enforce noise restrictions like most communities. Serious pest control issues that we’ve never had & pest control doesn’t do much to help. Maintenance is on site because of the amount of repairs needed. They regularly visit my unit about 2-3 times a month. All of these five star reviews are very superficial so please don’t be wooed by what you read. Management changes regularly & they pick and choose what they will actually address. It’s ironic that they respond on the negative reviews to email them as if the review isn’t enough information for you to address the concerns of the residents… which are very common issues. Parking is terrible. Reserved spots are occupied by vehicles that don’t move ever which is crazy considering there’s not enough parking already. Do your due diligence and research other communities & move to a newer community elsewhere it’ll be much worth your time and money. Hate it here. All of the negative reviews are surprisingly still very true til this day.
