Years ago was way better… I live in Charlestown common grounds there is trash everywhere, buildings hallways are dirty, there’s cracks on buildings,thinking about what happened at the surf side makes me a little uneasy, you can see the wood rotten, also management isn’t so helpful, they will just tell u to call the HOA or security… and even tho there’s a gate at the front with security, people come and go as they please here. All these people w loud cars and motorcycles, early in the morning, late at night very loud noise. Is exhausting trying to have a nice quiet day and can’t even do so in your own home…Overall it’s not getting better, just equally bad as the neighborhoods behind it… I been here for 7 years and It’s time for me to move out .

Maintenance is top notch, especially Lorenzo. They are quick to service, clean, respectful, you name it. For maintenance alone, I give it 5 stars. I miss some of the staff that has moved to better opportunities with the company, a lot. I have been living here 4 years, from Belmont to Charlestown. Honestly Belmont is nicer, but that is not the fault of the staff! I think as neighbors we need to do better, I know it is Florida, but does it hurt to be kinder and if you chose to live in community, be a community or respect such. If you know you know.

In all honesty there a serious loop hole say your going to the restaurant you’re in. Or just walk through the gate in Americana security is slacking and the restaurant excuse always works. Honestly i think security at gate only checks your license plate and only ask where you’re going. Another loop hole you give your friend one of your gate key and skip it all.
